Amal Krishna

I'm a Business Analyst with experience managing energy trading processes, analysing requirements, and improving digital process and system landscapes. My work sits at the intersection of process and data: counterparty onboarding, master data governance, KPI design, and the reporting automation that lets operations teams trust the numbers they're looking at.

The projects I'm proudest of usually start the same way — a report or process that "mostly works," until you look closely enough to find the gap nobody had measured yet. That's the thread across the case studies in this lab: onboarding processes that looked complete but weren't, KPIs that measured the wrong thing, reports that were rebuilt by hand every month when they didn't need to be.

I hold an M.Sc. in Management and Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, with a thesis on hydrogen energy ecosystems using Fraunhofer methodology. Outside of work, I sing, travel, and read — and I'm currently working on my German, advancing toward B2.
